3. User Accounts and Registration

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

• Harmful Content: Content promoting violence, hate, or discrimination
• Adult Content: Sexually explicit or inappropriate material

• Spam: Repetitive, irrelevant, or promotional content

4.3 Content Moderation

• You grant other users permission to read and interact with published content

6. AI-Powered Features

6.1 AI Content Generation

• AI suggestions are provided as creative assistance tools
• Generated content becomes part of your work when used
• AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content

6.2 Data Usage for AI

• Published content may be used to improve AI algorithms
• Personal information is not used for AI training
• You can opt out of having your content used for AI improvement

7. Community Guidelines and Conduct

7.1 Acceptable Use

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Service continues until end of billing period
• Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions within 30 days
• No refunds for monthly subscriptions after 7 days

10. Platform Availability and Updates

• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

12.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for user-generated content or third-party actions
• Users assume risk for content creation and sharing

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plotika, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@plotika.app to attempt resolution.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally will be settled through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for:

• Small claims court disputes
• Intellectual property disputes
• Injunctive relief requests

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.

15. International Use and Export Compliance

• Our Service is available globally but governed by United States law
• You are responsible for compliance with local laws
• Export control laws may apply to certain content or features
• Some features may be restricted in certain jurisdictions

16. Changes to Terms

17. Termination
